Environmental Commission (EC)
The Environmental Commission (EC), an interdepartmental body responsible for monitoring the environment of oil and gas activities, was established by Decree No. 2012-127 of 22 May 2012, which was subsequently repealed and replaced by Decree No. 155-2017 of 28 December 2017.
